Four star/sauté burners pair with four left-side pyromax burners to balance precision pan work and intense searing or boiling. A combined 324,000 BTU output keeps pace during peak service.
A convection oven with battery spark ignition supports even baking and roasting, and includes (3) racks for flexible loading. Standing pilots keep the top burners ready between rushes. The cabinet base consolidates essentials while the 22-1/2″ flue riser with shelf adds convenient landing space.
Durable stainless steel front, sides, and shelf plus 6″ adjustable legs simplify cleaning and leveling. CSA and NSF listings support compliance, and this model qualifies for Southbend’s Service First™ Program (see Service First document for details).
