Description

Imperial Range IHR-GT36-M is a gas, 36-inch-wide modular griddle in the spec series heavy duty range family. It is configured as a modular griddle within that series lineup.

The cooking surface uses a 1-inch-thick plate. Controls are thermostatic for temperature selection. Total input reaches 90,000 BTU (26 kW) across the unit.

Operational details include a 5-inch-deep landing ledge and a backguard for the cooking area. A 4-inch-wide grease gutter with a 1-gallon can capacity is built in for runoff collection. Exterior construction features a stainless steel front and sides, and the model is cETLus and NSF listed.
