Delivering 141,000 total BTU, it powers through searing, roasting, and finishing with consistent heat. CSA and NSF listings support professional kitchen compliance.
Grill steaks, chicken, and vegetables on the charbroiler while the oven handles breads, sides, or holding. A standing pilot keeps burners ready, and battery spark ignition lights the oven quickly to keep tickets moving. The 22-1/2″ flue riser with shelf adds handy staging space for pans and plating.
Built for daily service, the stainless steel front, sides, and shelf simplify cleaning and present a polished line. Set the work height with 6″ adjustable legs, and start service with the included rack in place.
