The Southbend 4607AA-2TL is a 60-inch gas restaurant range designed to streamline high-volume cooking in a compact footprint. With four Pyromax burners, a 24-inch left-side griddle, and two convection ovens, it centralizes searing, griddling, baking, and roasting at one station. Ideal for kitchens that need to fire breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus without moving between multiple appliances.
Drive consistent results shift after shift with battery-spark ignition on the ovens and a dependable standing pilot. The 24-inch griddle handles smash burgers, pancakes, and seared vegetables while the burners tackle stocks, sauces, and sauté. Convection ovens circulate heat for even browning, making quick work of sheet pans, proteins, and casseroles.
Built for the rigors of the line, this unit features stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, plus 6-inch adjustable legs for leveling. A 22-1/2-inch flue riser with integrated shelf keeps tools and pans within reach, while the 272,000 BTU output supports peak-period throughput.
