Harness 246,000 BTU to sear, sauté, and finish on one platform while tickets keep moving. Wavy grates stabilize cookware during fast-paced shifts.
Chefs can stage pans on the 22-1/2″ flue riser shelf and pivot between open burners and the griddle to handle breakfast rush, burger builds, or à la carte specials. Standing pilots keep the burners ready, while battery spark ignition gets the ovens online quickly for roasting, baking, or retherm.
Built with a stainless steel front, sides, and shelf plus 6″ adjustable legs, this range sets up cleanly on any line and simplifies daily wipe-downs. Each oven includes one rack to start production out of the box. Qualifies for Southbend’s Service First program.
