Deliver robust heat with a total 154,000 BTU (45 kW), while the convection oven’s 1/2 HP blower motor circulates hot air across three chrome racks. Cast iron grates and a low simmer feature support delicate sauces alongside hard sears.
Speed cleanup with a 3″ grease trough, removable grease can, and crumb tray. A stainless steel front, sides, backguard, shelf, and 3-1/2″ landing ledge pair with 6″ adjustable legs to streamline workstation setup and maintenance.
