Built for efficient workflow, the unit features an open cabinet base with a bottom shelf to keep essentials within reach. A 5″ deep landing ledge improves plating and staging, and stainless steel front and sides stand up to daily cleaning. The backguard and kick plate help maintain a tidy cookline, and 6″ legs with adjustable feet allow quick leveling. With 120,000 BTU (35 kW) and cETLus, ETL, and NSF certifications, it delivers the performance and compliance professionals require.
