The FWE LCH-18 full-size cook and hold cabinet streamlines back-of-house workflow with a low air circulation heating system that protects product quality during slow cooking and holding. Designed for high-volume operations, this mobile unit helps stage banquets, batch-cook proteins, and finish sides without crowding the line.
Standard thermostatic controls with a 350°F range put dependable control at your fingertips, while the included temperature probe supports accurate product monitoring. Two solid dutch doors allow sectioned access so staff can load or pull pans as needed during service.
Built for daily use, the stainless steel interior and exterior stand up to busy kitchens. Capacity for twelve 18″ x 26″ sheet pans or up to 200 lb keeps production moving, and 5″ casters—two rigid and two swivel with brakes—simplify transport. The LCH-18 is cULus and UL EPH Classified and carries an IPX4 splash rating.
