FWE LCH-8 Cook and Hold Oven

Description

Designed for busy kitchens, the FWE LCH-8 streamlines production with a low-air-circulation heating system and precise thermostatic control up to 350°F. The included temperature probe adds product-level accuracy, while the half-size, mobile footprint fits tight spaces and moves where you need it.

Load up to six 18″ x 26″ sheet pans or 100 lb of food to cook and hold without constant oversight—ideal for roasted proteins, braises, baked sides, and batch-prepped components. A solid door and all-stainless interior/exterior help maintain heat and stand up to daily use.

Roll between prep, cook, and holding stations on 5″ casters, then lock in place with the swivel brakes to keep service flowing. Put it to work for banquets, off-site catering, or high-volume cafeterias to stage, finish, and deliver food right on time.
