Set and maintain the right heat for each item using the FTDO mechanical thermostat with a 200–500°F range. With 20,000 BTU per section, the oven supports rapid recovery between bakes to maintain workflow on busy lines.
Built to last, it features a stainless steel top, front, sides, and back; an aluminized steel interior; a steel deck; and a rigid angle iron frame.
