The Turbo Air TST-48SD-18-D2R-N-GL is a two-section sandwich/salad mega top unit with a glass lid, engineered for organized, high-volume prep. It offers 15 cu. ft. of capacity and a stainless steel top with an 18-pan opening, paired with a 6-1/4″ deep cutting board. Storage is configured with (1) solid hinged swing door and (2) drawers. A stainless steel interior and exterior with a galvanized steel back and bottom, plus an ABS door liner and LED interior lighting, provide a durable, visible workspace.
