Execute breakfast items, burgers, and seared proteins on the griddle, then finish sides or bake in the ovens as orders flow. Battery spark ignition on both ovens and standing pilots up top keep you moving without interruptions. Wavy grates promote pan stability and smooth movement between stations.
Stainless steel front, sides, and shelf stand up to daily wear, and the 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf keeps pans and tools within reach.
