Description
The Elevation Series modular cube ice maker measures 22 inches wide and is air-cooled with a self-contained condenser. It includes dual exhaust with top and side air discharge. It produces approximately 900 lb of full-size cubes per 24 hours at 70°/50°, and 695 lb at 90°/70°.
Operators can monitor status at a glance with the LED status display and initiate maintenance with one touch sanitize and descaling controls. Dishwasher safe food zone components simplify cleaning routines between shifts and after service. These integrated controls provide fast access to routine cleaning functions and status information.
It uses R290 refrigerant for its refrigeration system. The unit is cULus and cUL Energy Verified. Full-size cubes support beverage presentation for chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers.
