Operators can engage reverse speed and use the Jog Control to position the bowl, clear the hook, or fine-tune dough development between stages. Set timed cycles for bread, pizza, and pastry formulas to keep production moving with minimal intervention.
A stainless steel spiral dough hook and an extra pulley in the drive system support rugged daily use. Separate spiral and bowl motors, powered by a 208/60/3 supply, help maintain mixing control and consistency across demanding shifts.
