Dial in precise temperatures from 150–500°F with heavy-duty snap/throttle thermostats, then load pans smoothly through a balanced, full-width door that sits level with the deck. A removable intermediate shelf gives you flexible staging to manage peak production and varied menus.

The G2121 streamlines installation and daily use with an included canopy draft diverter, stainless steel front and sides, and 31″ high stainless steel legs for comfortable working height and easy cleaning access.
