Four drawers below hold backups within reach; each accepts a 12 x 20 x 6 pan (supplied by others) for quick replenishment. A stainless steel top, front, sides, and interior handle daily prep and simplify cleaning. Electronic control with a digital display and hi/low alarm makes monitoring holding conditions straightforward.
Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration with front-breathing airflow supports performance on the line. R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and an automatic hot gas condensate evaporator are designed for everyday operation.
