Accommodate high-volume menus with capacity for (18) 18″ x 26″ x 1″ sheet pans or (36) 12″ x 20″ 2-1/2″ steam table pans on fixed tray slides set 3″ on center. Rugged stainless steel construction stands up to daily use, and 5″ casters—two swivel, two rigid with locks—deliver stable, controlled mobility. This combination supports efficient staging from kitchen to buffet, banquet hall, or serving line.
