Description
The Vulcan VC55ED is a full-size, double-deck convection oven. The 2-speed fan and 1/2 HP motor recirculate air evenly throughout each deck for quick and even cooking. The oven cool switch allows you to rapidly cool down the cooking chambers. Each porcelain enamel on the steel oven interior measures 29″ W x 22-1/8″ D x 20″ H. It fits five nickel-plated oven racks with eleven position rack guides.
The VC55ED has an independently operated door design with double pane windows and interior lighting, allowing you to keep an eye on your food as it cooks.
