This Vulcan VCRH36 Gas Hotplate is designed to conveniently cook, fry, boil, steam, and more from the convenience of your countertop. It has 25,000 BTU burners to heat and warm your menu items. The burners are made from cast iron and their heads easily lift off for cleaning. It has a full-width crumb tray to catch excess food debris and comes with two drawers. Its stainless steel construction simplifies its maintenance and increases its longevity. This VCRH36 has a 13″ cooking height with 4″ adjustable legs for ideal leveling. It ships for natural gas but can be converted for LP service.
