Powered by V-Core™, the side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/6 HP motor for dependable cold holding. Full electronic control lets staff set and monitor temperatures with confidence. The 48-inch footprint supports efficient cookline layouts while providing 8.59 cu. ft. of refrigerated capacity.

It features a stainless steel exterior with a galvanized back and bottom plus an easy-to-clean aluminum interior.
