Turbo Air TST-60SD-18M-N-SL(-LW) is a super deluxe sandwich/salad mega top unit designed for efficient prep. The two-section, 19 cu. ft. cabinet holds up to eighteen 1/6-size, 4-inch-deep pans under an insulated pan cover with a slide-back lid (specify side of work station) for quick access. A 9-1/2-inch-deep, 1/2-inch-thick cutting board with convenient side rail streamlines assembly across the 60-1/4-inch-wide platform. Digital temperature control and monitor, LED interior lighting with fan control, and a self cleaning condenser support the self-contained refrigeration system with R290 refrigerant and a 1/5 HP compressor. The interior is stainless steel with an ABS door liner; the exterior is stainless steel with a galvanized steel back and bottom.
