Ecomate high-density polyurethane insulation offers zero global warming potential. The all stainless steel front, top, and ends are matched with a corrosion-resistant GalFan coated steel back for dependable performance. A stainless steel, patented, foam-insulated lid and hood help keep pan temperatures colder, lock in freshness, and minimize condensation. For efficient assembly, the unit includes a full-length, 8-7/8-inch-deep removable cutting board and heavy-duty PVC coated wire shelves. This self-contained electric model is listed under ANSI/NSF-7 and accommodates twelve 1/6 pans.
