The Southbend 4604AD-3TL 60″ gas restaurant range unites a 36″ thermostatic griddle with four open burners to streamline a busy cookline. Chefs can sear, sauté, and finish sauces with (2) star/sauté burners in front and (2) non-clog burners in back on standard grates. This versatile platform helps consolidate stations and reduce steps during peak periods.
Accelerate production using the dual ovens—one standard for roasting and one convection for baking—both with battery spark ignition. A standing pilot supports quick readiness between turns. Four racks total make it easy to stage multiple pans for efficient batch cooking.
Stainless steel front and sides clean quickly, while the 22-1/2″ flue riser shelf keeps tools and small pans within reach. The 273,000 BTU output powers high-volume service across burners, griddle, and ovens. Qualifies for Southbend’s Service First™ Program.
