The Moffat H10T-FS Turbofan mobile heated holding cabinet is a full-size, electric, commercial hot-holding unit built for restaurants, bakeries, catering operations, and banquet kitchens that need reliable temperature maintenance from cook time through service. At 28-7/8″ wide with a glass door and touch screen controls, it fits where larger cabinets cannot while still holding a full 10-pan load.
- Electric commercial holding cabinet rated at 1,900 watts, designed to hold hot food at temperatures between 68°F and 194°F for foodservice operations requiring consistent hold-to-serve performance
