Adapt to changing menus with universal wire slides set on 3-inch centers and adjustable in 1-1/2-inch increments to fit (17) 18″ x 26″ sheet pans or (32) 12″ x 20″ x 2-1/2″ hotel pans. A removable bottom-mount control module streamlines cleaning and maintenance while keeping components accessible.
Dial in holding with a thermostat up to 200°F on standard 120V power. Roll into position on 5-inch casters, two with brakes, for banquet staging, tray lines, or off-site service where timing, temperature, and presentation must stay consistent.
