Each 22″W x 27-1/2″D x 12″H bake deck provides ample space to stage breads, pizzas, or casseroles while maintaining steady heat via thermostat controls with (2) three-heat switches.
Optimize workflow by loading, baking, and finishing simultaneously on separate decks to keep service moving. One oven rack per deck supports organized batch production and clear separation of menu items.
Built with a stainless steel exterior and 6″ stainless steel bolt-down legs, this unit installs securely and cleans easily in demanding marine environments. Certified Marine-cUL and NSF, and powered by (3) 6.0 kW, it delivers reliable performance shift after shift.
