Description
The Hoshizaki PR93A-D2 is a Steelheart pizza prep table with 30.0 cubic feet of storage. It accommodates twelve 1/3 pans (pans included) in its two sections. Two sections have self-closing doors, the other section has two drawers.
The PR93A-D2 has an interior and exterior stainless steel construction for durability and easy cleanability. The top has a solid 1/2″ thick white polyethylene cutting board. The door and drawers are insulated with 2″ of CFC free, foamed in place polyurethane.
This prep table has a self-contained refrigeration system that utilizes environmentally-friendly R290 refrigerant. The evaporator coils are epoxy electrocoated to help fight corrosion. The unit is engineered to maintain NSF-7 temperatures in 100°F ambient. In addition to this, the prep table is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified.
