Hoshizaki PR93A Reach-In Single Section Steelheart Pizza Prep Table

Description

The Hoshizaki PR93A is a Steelheart pizza prep table with a 30.0 cubic feet of storage area. This accommodates twelve 1/3 pans (pans and adapter bars are included) on its six adjustable shelves.

The PR93A has an interior and exterior stainless steel construction for durability and easy cleanability. The top has a solid 1/2″ thick white polyethylene cutting board. The door is field reversible and self-closing for operator convenience.

This prep table has a self-contained refrigeration system that utilizes environmentally-friendly R290 refrigerant. The evaporator coils are epoxy electrocoated to help fight corrosion. The unit is engineered to maintain NSF-7 temperatures in 100°F ambient. In addition to this, the prep table is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified.
