Description

Streamline prep and service with the FWE PHU-5-5 proofer/heater cabinet. Its split cavity allows teams to stage different menu items at optimal conditions at the same time.

Load up to 5 full-size 18″ x 26″ sheet pans or 10 12″ x 20″ pans per compartment on universal slides set 4-1/2″ on center, adjustable in 1-1/2″ increments. Dial in humidity and heat with an adjustable thermostat and individual proofer controls to maintain texture, rise, and hold times. A removable water reservoir simplifies refills and cleaning.

Built with a stainless steel interior and exterior and full insulation, this proofing cabinet withstands daily kitchen traffic while preserving temperatures. Flush-mounted doors and 5″ casters—two rigid and two swivel with brakes—enhance mobility and line-side access for banquets, bakeries, and high-volume operations.
