Built for rigorous use, it features a stainless steel interior and exterior with a galvanized steel top and bottom, plus a stainless steel ramp.
Digital temperature control and LED interior lighting support precise operation and clear product visibility. A single glass door with lock and heavy duty hinges and handles provides secure, reliable access. This unit draws 1550 watts and operates on 208/115v/60/1-ph, 7.5 amps with a NEMA L14-20P connection.
