Cider Maker’s Tip: For the most aromatic results, rehydrate the yeast in 10x its weight of sterile water or apple juice at 85°F before pitching. AB-1 thrives at temperatures between 50°F and 86°F. For a cider with the most delicate apple aromatics, ferment at the lower end of the range (approx. 60-65°F) and ensures adequate nutrient levels for a healthy finish.
