Technician’s Note: This FFL adapter is the fastest way to convert a standard threaded gas manifold or a ball-lock disconnect into a modern push-fit system. When installing, ensure the 1/4″ OD tubing is cut perfectly square and pushed past the internal O-ring until it “bottoms out.” For gas applications, we highly recommend using a 1/4″ Flare Washer (cone washer) inside the FFL nut to ensure a 100% metal-to-plastic-to-metal seal, preventing slow CO2 leaks that can drain a cylinder overnight.
