The Delfield CV15E reach-in, single-section blast chiller/shock freezer accelerates production while protecting food quality and safety. It handles up to (15) 12″ x 20″ pans with the capacity to blast chill 143 lbs or shock freeze 110 lbs per cycle. Chefs and foodservice operators can stage larger batches, balance peak demand, and tighten service windows with confidence.
Operate with responsive capacitive touch control and document performance using onboard HACCP memory and USB connectivity. Hot gas defrost speeds ice removal to help sustain consistent results between cycles and reduce interruptions.
Built with durable stainless steel and a self-contained, bottom-mounted refrigeration system, the CV15E installs cleanly on legs for a stable footprint.
