The Crown Steam DCX-2-10 is a direct-steam convection steamer/kettle system that pairs two steamer compartments with a 10-gallon kettle on a compact 48-inch cabinet base. Designed for high-volume production, it lets teams steam, simmer, and hold without shuffling between stations. This consolidated footprint streamlines workflow in restaurants, campuses, healthcare, and commissaries.
Each steamer compartment uses a 60-minute timer to pace batches, while the kettle tackles soups, sauces, and stocks. Operators can load up to three 12″ x 20″ x 1″ pans per compartment to turn around vegetables, seafood, or retherm items quickly. The integral sink and deck-mount faucet with swing nozzle simplify filling, rinsing, and cleanup between runs.
Built for daily utility, the DCX-2-10 features a 316 stainless steel interior and a 304 stainless steel exterior for durability and easy care. Automatic blowdown supports consistent performance during demanding service. Four
