Stage up to ten 1/6-size, 4-inch-deep pans beneath a 12-inch cutting board to assemble sandwiches, wraps, or salads through rush periods. Electronic controls with a digital display and hi/low alarm let you check holding temps at a glance.
Stainless steel top, front, sides, and interior handle daily cleaning and heavy use. Two field-rehingeable doors adapt to left- or right-handed workflows, and 3-3/4 inch casters make installation and service simple. The system uses R290 refrigerant with an automatic hot gas condensate evaporator for low-maintenance operation.
