Engineered for demanding make lines, the Beverage Air SPED60HC-16C-4 sandwich prep table helps chefs and foodservice teams stage, assemble, and serve with speed. This 60-inch, two-section refrigerated counter provides 17.1 cu. ft. of cold storage and a stainless steel top cutout for sixteen 1/6-size pans. A 17-inch polyethylene cutting board creates a dedicated work zone for sandwich builds, salad plating, and garnish prep.
Load the four pull-out drawers with up to 6-inch deep pans to keep backups organized and within arm’s reach. The top is furnished with 4-inch deep pans and will accommodate 6-inch deep pans when the menu calls for extra volume.
Built to perform in busy kitchens, the SPED60HC-16C-4 combines a stainless steel exterior (with galvanized back and bottom) and an aluminum interior for durability and easy cleaning.
