This Bakers Pride Y-600BL Super Deck Pizza Oven is designed for high volume pizza and all-purpose operations. Its intense temperature range of 300°-650°F allows the pizza crust to finish cooking sooner, making it crisp and keeping it fresh-tasting without burning its other ingredients. This Oven has top and bottom heat control dampers with micro-slides and a gas control that includes a valve, regulator, and safety pilot. It has heavy-duty, slide-out flame diverters and is insulated to achieve consistent interior oven temperatures. This Y-600BL has a stainless steel exterior and an aluminized steel interior with spring balanced doors.
