With a 43″ W x 24″ D broiling area, your employees will have plenty of space to grill meats, vegetables, fruits, and special dessert dishes. Its unique grate design allows operators to manually adjust them in 3 different positions. This CH-8 uses high performance burners, using 18,000 BTUH a piece, with individually-operated controls to keep items at proper temperatures. It comes with a back splash, stainless steel water pans and grease drawer, and an 8″ deep lintel plate/shelf.
