Dial in delicate sauces with the low simmer feature while heavy-duty cast iron grates support high-heat pans. The 24-inch griddle features a 3-inch grease trough, plus a removable grease can and crumb tray to speed cleanup between rushes and at close.
A porcelain oven interior and one chrome rack promote even roasting and reliable bread, sides, or entrées.
