The Winholt AL-1810B Mobile Pan Rack is ideal for proofing, storage, and transporting pans and trays. This AL-1810B accommodates up to ten 18″ platters. It has a heavy-duty aluminum frame with welded angle slides. It has open sides and 1-1/2″ angle runners. It rolls easily on heavy-duty 5″ polyurethane swivel stem casters. This Pan Rack is NSF certified.
