Use the Winco KFP-83 Offset Bread Knife 8″ to slice loaves of bread simply and easily. Constructed from 4Cr Mo V15 German steel it is extremely sharp and great for slicing into hard crust without damaging the soft interior. For added stability it has a fully forged full tang construction that allows for ultimate control and balance as you slice.
This knife is made with a POM injection molded handle that is comfortable to work with while its offset design prevents your knuckles from hitting the bread as you slice. NSF certified, this bread knife is easy to hone and sharpen for long-term use in any restaurant setting.
