This knife is crafted from X50 Cr MoV15 German steel which makes it extremely sharp and strong enough for heavy use in busy carving stations. For added convenience, this blade has a grooved surface that absorbs fat and juices so the sliced pieces separate easily from the knife.
This knife has a wide POM injection molded handle that offers a comfortable and well-balanced grip as you work. In addition, this knife is NSF certified and is a great choice for slicing poultry, turkey, roast, steak and more.
