Operators can switch the unit on and fine-tune holding with individual thermostatic controls for precise results. An insulated pan helps lock in cold, while the stainless steel inner liner, top, and flange stand up to daily use and simplify cleaning. The rugged steel exterior body adds strength for long-term reliability.
A 1″ drain streamlines end-of-shift cleanup and changeovers. Plug into a 115v/60/1-ph outlet with the NEMA 5-15P connection to position the well where it best supports workflow. NSF and cULus compliance supports food safety programs and facility approvals.
