This Wells MOD-400 Food Warmer is ideal for heating and warming a variety of food products. Designed to be built into your countertop or work surface area, it has a 57.5″ width and 23.63″ depth. Its suitable for wet or dry operations, giving it increased application flexibility. It has a stainless steel top flange and heavy gauge stainless steel warming pan. It has been insulated to retain heat, saving energy. Its easy to use controls separately regulate the temperature of each well. This MOD-400 uses infinite controls.
This Food Warmer comes standard with a WellsLock to ensure an easy installation process.
