Screen to replace mesh in 16-inch heavy gauge stainless Steel sifter. Size refers to fineness of mesh by the size of its pores. The larger the number, the finer the pores. # 4 mesh has relatively large pores, making it suited for sifting crumbs. # 14 mesh has smaller pores for flour. # 50 mesh has the finest pores, ideal for sifting confectioner’s sugar.
