Its 1/4″ thick tempered glass sits in a tight-fitting channel with a 1-1/2″ extruded aluminum frame to protect food while preserving clear sightlines. Use it to elevate presentation and help meet code without slowing your line.
Pair this unit with Vollrath (5) well Signature Server stations with laminate or Corian® countertops and with (5) well drop-in units. The guard mounts securely to stainless steel, solid surface, or laminate countertops, supporting efficient self-service in cafeterias, hotels, and campus or healthcare dining.
