Solid-state controls with a locking function prevent accidental changes during rushes, while four soup presets simplify training and consistency across shifts. A bright stir indicator LED prompts periodic agitation to help maintain texture. Operators can standardize results without constant monitoring.
Out of the box, it includes an induction-ready inset and inset cover, and its natural and black finish complements both back- and front-of-house. Efficient 800W performance on 120v/60/1-ph with a NEMA 5-15P plug fits common outlets.
