The Vollrath 40950 is a manual electric medium duty food slicer with 10″ blade.  This unit is belt driven, and has a slice thickness up to 1/2″.  This slicer features QuanTanium coated non-stick plate, anodized aluminum body, and non-skid rubber feet.
