Streamline cold prep with the Victory VURD48HC-4, a two-section undercounter refrigerator powered by V-Core™. At 48″ wide, it nests beneath workstations while delivering 13.9 cu. ft. of organized, readily accessible storage.
Four refrigerated drawers on telescoping slides lock securely and accept 4″ or 6″ deep pans (not included), enabling fast, modular station changes. Rear mounted, self-contained refrigeration uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/5 HP system to keep product at the ready during peak service.
A rugged 1/2″ thick stainless steel top, stainless steel front and sides, and an aluminum interior stand up to high-volume use. Santoprene gaskets include a 2-year warranty, and full electronic control simplifies operation; UL-Sanitation, cULus, and UL EPH Classified construction is proudly made in the USA.
