Brewery Tip: To ensures a perfect seal, always ensure both the stopper and the vessel neck are dry before insertion. If the stopper keeps “slipping out” due to pressure, wipe the neck with a dry, sanitized cloth. Sanitize with Star San or IO-Star before every use. This size is commonly used for 1-gallon glass jugs and 2000ml Erlenmeyer flasks.
